Our set of dishes appertain to the Mimouna ceremony (a traditional Maghrebi Jewish celebration dinner), from our experience of the holiday in the shadow of the coronavirus disease: intimate, small, and familial.
The dishes preserve and support the traditional elements but at the same time seek to reformulate the Mimouna on which we grew up.
On the table you can find the Muffleta holders - personal serving utensils that characterize the Mimouna and are made of porcelain and decorated with gold, recurring units of serving plates inspired by ceramic tiles and Moroccan decorations, from which a modular pattern can be made on the table, as well as Moroccan-style mugs and teapot with a decoration that is expressed again in the serving plates, intended for serving the rest of the holiday delicacies.
